The house is rented for short periods.
Not more than 4 people are allowed.

Consumptions
The costs for gas and electricity have to be paid according to the amount consumed (meter reading) at the end of each week of stay.

Payments
At the time of booking a deposit of at least 30% of the amount due for rent will be paid. The deposit will be paid either by cash or by bank transfer. Payment will take place after receiving written confirmation of the availability from the property owner, who will communicate the details of the account to which to send the transfer. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned.
The settlement of the account for rent must be paid at the time the guests are accompanied in the apartment.

On arrival the guests will find the apartment clean. During they stay they can require further cleaning of the apartment, with an additional charge of 10 € / hour.

Security
Upon arrival, the customer pays a deposit of € 150, which includes a deposit regarding consumption, and the cost for eventual damages to objects and things. This sum will be returned on departure after having settled payments for consumption and having made sure that there is no damage to the apartment, to the furnishings and objects contained therein.

Further options on request
Guests can ask at the time of booking to find on arrival a homemade cake (cost 18 €), coffee, tea, milk, sugar, typical bread: to their costs 10 € for the service will be added. The payment of these purchases will be due upon arrival.
